Dr. Robert J. Porzio - BS, D.C., DIBAK

Dr. Porzio attended Central Connecticut State University from 1972-1974.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology in 1976 and his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from National College of Chiropractic in 1978.  He also received his certification in Acupuncture from NCC in 1978.  In 1986, Dr. Porzio received his Diplomate in Applied Kinesiology. 

Throughout his 30 year chiropractic career, he has served on the Gubernatorial Appointee Vice Chairman for the State of Connecticut Board of Chiropractic Examiners (1995-2004), he has served as the Chairman of the International College of Applied Kinesiology (1994-1996) and is currently sitting as a member for the Board of Directors for the ICAK-USA (1990-present).  From 1985-1988, he was an instructor for the ICAK in New York City.  Since his 1978 graduation, Dr. Porzio has been a member of the American Chiropractic Association, Connecticut Chiropractic Association and the International College of Applied Kinesiology. 

Dr. Nicole M. Porzio-Hawley - D.C., MS Human Nutrition, BS, BS, FIAMA

Dr. Porzio received her first Bachelor of Science in Biology from Quinnipiac University in 2003. In 2005, she received her second Bachelor of Science degree in Human Anatomy from National University of Health Sciences. Dr. Porzio graduated with her Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree from NUHS in 2008. In 2008, she obtained her Fellowship of the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture along with her 100-hour certification in Applied Kinesiology.

As a child, she was taught by her father Dr. Robert Porzio, how to eat healthy. As an adult she developed a strong passion for teaching nutrition. She recently received her Masters in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. 

Dr. Andrew J. Hawley - D.C., BS, BS, CSCS, CKTP, FIAMA, YFT

Dr. Hawley received his first Bachelor of Science in Biology from SUNY College at Brockport in 2004. In 2005, he received his second Bachelor of Science degree in Human Anatomy from National University of Health Sciences. In 2006, he received his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certificate. Dr. Hawley graduated with his Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree from NUHS in 2008 as well as becoming a Certified Kinesiotape Practioner. In 2008, he obtained his Fellowship of the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture along with his 100-hour certification in Applied Kinesiology. He recently received his certification as a Youth and Fitness Trainer.

Dr. Hawley is an active member in the Southington community. He belongs to Southington BNI and Chamber of Commerce. He is also a volunteer assistant coach for the Southington High School Wrestling Team as well as an assistant coach for the off season Atlas North Wrestling Club.
